12 available. These charming rooms include island-themed decor, A/C, ceiling fans, an en-suite bathroom, hairdryer, patio porch and hammock. All rooms accommodate two comfortably and boast a queen-sized bed. We also have a few rooms that include extra twin or trundle beds, if your travel needs require them. Please ask about these rooms when making your reservations if this is the case.

Luxury Villa Suites

8 available. These beautiful suites include festive island decor, a spacious bedroom with queen-sized bed, comfortable living room with dining area, A/C, ceiling fans, an en-suite bathroom, hairdryer and a sitting deck with Adirondack chairs for a spectacular view of the bayside or ocean. These luxury villas give our guests plenty of room to relax and enjoy the view.

Policies

All offers are subject to availability at time of reservation. Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or contract and do not apply to groups. Rates are per room, per night and do not include taxes and gratuities unless otherwise noted. Rates are subject to change. Each additional person over six years old is $25 extra per night. One-night surcharge of $50 based on availability. Three-night deposit required with reservations. Deposit applies to first and last two nights of reservation.

Cancellations Policy

Cancellation notice must be given four weeks prior to arrival date to qualify for a refund (less a 5% surcharge); otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. 15% amenities charge, 10% Bahamas hotel tax and 4% resort levy added to room. (15% amenities charge includes: Use of: snorkeling equipment, kayak, transportation to and from Hope Town if necessary, docking for rental boat, local telephone calls, small beach coolers, towels.) European Plan (EP) does not include meals or gratuities. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available daily a la carte.
