We do accept small dogs, but there will be a $100 damage deposit which is refundable. Pack & Play and children's paraphernalia -Available with James Albury. We will assist with these arrangements.

Policies

All offers are subject to availability at time of reservation. Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or contract and do not apply to groups. Rates are per room, per night and do not include taxes and gratuities unless otherwise noted. Rates are subject to change. Each additional person six years over is $25 extra per night. One-night surcharge of $50 based on availability. Three-night deposit required with reservations. Deposit applies to first and last two nights of reservation.

Cancellations Policy

Cancellation notice must be given four weeks prior to arrival date to qualify for a refund (less a 5% surcharge); otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. 15% amenities charge, 10% Bahamas hotel tax added to room. (15% amenities charge includes: Use of: snorkeling equipment, kayak, transportation to and from Hope Town if necessary, docking for rental boat, local telephone calls, small beach coolers, towels.) European Plan (EP) does not include meals or gratuities. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available daily a la carte.
