Cancellations Policy

Cancellation notice must be given four weeks prior to arrival date to qualify for a refund (less a 5% surcharge); otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. 15% amenities charge, 10%% Bahamas hotel tax and 4% resort levy added to room. (15% amenities charge includes: Use of: snorkeling equipment, kayak, transportation to and from Hope Town if necessary, docking for rental boat, local telephone calls, small beach coolers, towels.)
