POLICY AND NOTES

Rooms Cancellation Policy (Ocean-view Room, Ocean-view Cottage, Harbour-view Cottage, and Hill Top Cottage)

• If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, you will forfeit your deposit.
• If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less 10% service charge.
• If you arrive late or depart early, your deposit for those nights may be forfeited.

Villas Cancellation Policy (Sunset Point Villas)

• If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, you will forfeit your deposit.
• If you cancel more than 90 days before arrival, your deposit will be refunded less 10% service charge.

Hurricane Policy

• If The Bahamas is under hurricane warning during your stay, you may rebook within one calendar year.
• If already on island and a warning is issued, you’ll be asked to leave and unused nights will be refunded.

Security Deposit

• In case of Sunset point Villa reservations, a $1,000.00 security deposit will be charged upon check-in using the credit card provided.

Additional Policies

• Boat Fees: $50 per night (Only applicable if the guest/renter has a boat) to be paid at the property during check-in. This is applicable only for reservations at Sunset point Villas.
• Boat Insurance: Boat insurance is mandatory for guests arriving with their own boat. Proof of liability and damage coverage must be provided prior to arrival. In the absence of valid boat insurance, the property will not be held liable for any damages.
