Welcome to Shoal Time! Newly constructed in 2024 on the Sea of Abaco and steps to the Atlantic. Crafted by the acclaimed Cronk Dutch Architects with views from every room, this beautiful 3 bedroom all ensuite bath Bahamian Cottage offers luxurious accommodations for up to 7 guests. Located on White Sound, the cottage has a private pool, expansive decks, and fully equipped 60’ deep water dock. ShoalTime is located at the Abaco Inn and Resort and short walk to Sea Spray Marina. The villa ensures that intangible combination of luxury and laid-back Bahamian lifestyle. Bring only what you need, the rest is taken care of.

  • A welcoming place for all to truly unwind; adults and children alike. Soak up the sun poolside, relax on the deck with a good book or cocktail after day on the water, or enjoy a morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs, Shoal Time offers luxurious space for it all.
  • Waterfront Living: Experience breathtaking views of both the Sea of Abaco or Atlantic. Sunsets are spectacular by the pool, on the decks and dock. Wind down while watching the night embrace the island or catch up on entertainment with the 65” flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and Sonos system.
  • Gourmet Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need from a simple breakfast to a celebration with family and friends. French doors connect the indoor dining and living area to the pool and expansive deck area. Alfresco dining is available on the deck, complete with a large gas barbecue grill.
  • Luxurious Bedrooms: Carefully designed for comfort, each bedroom is furnished with quality linens and toiletries. The Master bedroom boasts a Sea of Abaco view, king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom. The Guest bedrooms offers both a garden and ocean views. One with a king-size bed, the other Queen with a Twin loft. Both with ensuite bathrooms.

Additional Amenities: The property includes a washer and dryer. Housekeeping services arranged by guests directly with the Abaco Inn. Gas grill as well as 50 amp power and water at the dock are available for an additional fee.

Terms and Conditions: A double security deposit is required for parties with children under 10 years old. No pets or events are permitted. Please note that a $5000 security deposit is required. $10,000 with kids over 10.
